TOUGH LOVE STEP INTO AUTUMN WITH A SUBLIME EP FOR OFF RECORDINGS

Fast-rising London House duo Tough Love line up a release for highly respected Berlin imprint OFF Recordings. Hot off their recent release for Nervous, Tough Love are storming into the public consciousness with their no-nonsense bring-the-party brand of house music. Joining forces with their ‘Get Twisted Records’ imprint co-owner Taylor, the trio’s A&R and production nous has coalesced to form two tracks primed for the dance-floor. 

Title track ‘In My Way’ draws on house music’s golden era with it’s beautifully crafted synths. Serving up a healthy dose of the feel good factor that Tough Love are becoming synonymous for, the tracks effective and catchy vocal hook signposts life’s trials and tribulations. When coupled with the upbeat music the track serves as a reminder to the listener that life is there to be enjoyed, and this will no doubt fuel those positive vibes in clubs across Europe.

‘React’ is a more driving offering and is definitely one for the lovers of bass that you can feel in your chest. Sequences of intricate drum patterns coupled with a effective vocal snippets combine to bring yet another cut that is rooted in the underground but comprises the catchiness that will work in a plethora of sets in the coming months.
