NEW EP. Basti Grub. Asante Sana

After the success of his previous release on Desolat X back in 2010, revered German producer Basti Grub returns to Desolat this December with a brand-new EP entitled ‘Asante Sana’, released on 10.12.12.

Basti’s latest EP for Desolat, is a killer four-track package (with an additional track for digital), which demonstrates all the elements that have made Basti a firm favourite with both the underground and the heavyweights of the scene such as Sven Väth, Villalobos, Luciano and Matthew Dear.

After two releases on Desolat X, Mannheim based producer Basti Grub steps up with a sublime five track EP on Desolat.

Having garnered the support of the likes of Sven Väth, Villalobos, Luciano and Matthew Dear, Basti Grub's productions ooze a life-long affinity with electronic music.

Following the well received Primavera album on his label Höhenregler, Grub’s first EP for Desolat exemplifies his homogenous mixture of grooving techno, swing-sounds, ethnological influences and his typical "Grube-estique" drums. And we dare to say that "Asante Sana" is the best Basti Grub ever.
