Darius Syrossian. Metal EP

This October sees Darius Syrossian release his debut EP on Andre Crom’s OFF Recordings entitled the Metal EP, including a remix from Jordan Peak.

The release of this EP rounds off a fantastic summer for Darius with notable highlights including his residency at Sankeys in Ibiza, playing his first gig at DC-10 at Jamie Jones’ Paradise closing party and his VIVa music compilation with Lawler this summer.

For his debut on OFF Recordings, Darius Syrossian presents one of his most hyped tracks of the year: "Metal", a collaboration with Spanish producer Hector Couto.

It has been hammered all Summer by the few big names (e.g. Jamie Jones, Steve Lawler etc.), who were lucky enough to get an advance promo, and countless release requests on Soundcloud are further proof to the stir this track creates.

A trademark jacking groove combined with a deep but driving bassline and a meandering synth hook that's as catchy as it is cool, creates a true underground bomb. Jordan Peak is on fine form on remix duty, delivering a fantastic straight and upbeat remix.

"Bass Play", a collaboration with Josh Butler, completes the package. The track features another strong groove, this time completed by a slightly insane synth hook in the break.
