Burgeoning vinyl imprint Planetary Notions return for a second outing with a follow up EP from label head Joe Rolét. Titled 'Glacier Way' and set for launch on 27th April, the two track EP continues to encapsulate the label’s ethos of delivering bass-laced custom-built club music that transports listeners to that unique place only quality club music can.

PLANETARY NOTIONS RETURNS FOR A SOPHOMORE MISSION WITH ‘GLACIER WAY’

Following a little down time to regroup at mission control, Planetary Notions returns with a new two track EP from label head Joe RoleÌt that is set for a late April launch. Joe’s previous release, and Planetary Notions’ debut, The ‘Green Aid’ EP picked up support from industry tastemakers such as Resident Advisor, Mixmag, and Ibiza Voice. It was also supported by the likes of Craig Richards, Alex Arnout, Ryan Crosson and Adam Shelton.

Picking up where the ‘Green Aid’ EP left off, PN002 continues to encapsulate the label’s ethos of delivering bass-â€laced custom-â€built club music that transports listeners to that unique place only quality club music can.

Title track ‘Glacier Way’ is a pacey low slung affair that combines shimmering synths, rasping kicks and otherworldly bass breaks. Another fine A side from the budding producer, and one that is sure to set the tempo across planet earth.

B-â€side ‘Pace Trader’ is a deep and dubby affair that teases the listener with well executed drum riffs before building into intricate sections that are complemented with extraterrestrial vocal snippets and an ethereal sample that come together to form an enticing sonic soundscape.

Headed by a trio of music aficionados with years of industry experience behind them, Planetary Notions aims to promote and release dance floor driven house and techno strictly pressed to the finest form of delivery known to mankind; vinyl.
