PrimaveraPro is a meeting aimed at professionals in the music industry that takes place in parallel to San Miguel Primavera Sound, international reference of independent music. The trendsetting character of the festival has made Barcelona into a strategic point of cultural exchange between Europe, North America and Latin America. PrimaveraPro is the ideal setting to channel the synergies that arise between professionals from different areas of the sector, offering the perfect opportunity to network as well as to soak up the latest tendencies on the music scene.

This year PrimaveraPro will take place from 30th May to 3rd June. Its programme is divided into two areas that will take place at different times of the day:

The DayPro, form 30th May to 1st June, is the centre of daytime activities with a programme that has been tailor made for accredited professionals, where conferences, workshops, meetings, receptions and much more will be organized at the Hotel Zero, right opposite the Parc del Fòrum site, where the festival takes place. This year’s DayPro programme will focus on three main subjects: The role of the artist in society and in their music career; Festivals and big music events; and The new ways to promote and finance music.

The NightPro, the exclusive area for professionals and press at San Miguel Primavera Sound, will open its doors at the same time as the festival from the 31st May until 2nd June. It is by the Mediterranean Sea in one of the most attractive spaces of the Parc del Fòrum and will be a relaxed meeting point for professionals. PrimaveraPro will also have something going on, the adidas Originals stage, a space for concerts by newcomer artists that will enable them to meet record companies and other entities from the sector.
