In 2016, he released his smashing EP, Groovy People, which included the hit single "You & Me" featuring G-Eazy, which Complex states "set fans up for summer with vibes that are perfect for a relaxing day on the beach". With the release of his incredible 2017 debut album, Gossip Columns, which features the infectious single "Plot Twist" feat. rapper SuperDuperKyle, among other catchy, future R&B tracks - "So Simple feat. G-Eazy," and "Made Love First feat. Kehlani.", Bassy has amassed over 3.8 Million monthly Spotify listeners and is undeniably a pioneer of the new wave of hip hop as he makes his way towards global dominance!

 

Previously signed to Republic/Universal Music Group, where he released the East Hollywood EP, which featured appearances from Ty Dolla $ign, G-Eazy, Bobby Brackins, and P-Lo, Marc most recently set off to form his own label, New Gold Medal Records. In the time since,Bassy has opened for G-Eazy on twonotable tours and has multiple headline runs to his name.
