'All In My Head' is the second offering to surface from the forthcoming EP, set for release this spring, and follows the emotive comeback single 'Just That Time of the Night'.

Where the latter was a more stripped back affair, 'All In My Head' brings ISLAND's edgier side into play, reflecting their high energy and huge live shows. A driving backbeat gloriously contrasts with cathartic vocals, yet another indicator of the four piece's sonic development for this release.

Speaking about the track, frontman Rollo Doherty said: "It’s weird, we didn’t really understand the song when we started writing it but we liked that about it, we didn’t try to understand it. The lyrics just take that idea and put it through a blender. Weirdness just mixed up with more weirdness. Just like what's in my head."

The EP comes in the wake of the band's acclaimed debut album ‘Feels Like Air’, which included the singles 'Ride', 'The Day I Die' and 'Try'.

ISLAND recently announced an intimate UK headline tour, including a night at Islington Assembly Hall, and comes in the wake of the band selling out KOKO. The band will also be heading out to the US in spring including performances at SXSW.
