FANFARE CIOCARLIA's new album the general course for the 20th band anniversary has been set. Onwards to Mars! takes another giant leap forward. The band did both, dig deep into their rural Romanian roots while demonstrating what they have learned on their travels. Particularly stunning is the cover version ofScreamin' Jay Hawkins I put a Spell on You. There are also seven tunes made by composer and multi-instrumentalist Koby Israelite.
